Pennsylvania Health Insurance Marketplace (Pennie)

Pennsylvania residents can purchase individual and family health insurance through Pennie, the Commonwealth's official Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace. Pennie allows consumers to compare plans from multiple insurance carriers, access coverage regardless of pre-existing conditions, and determine eligibility for premium tax credits and other financial assistance that may help lower healthcare costs.

Enrollment is available during the annual Open Enrollment Period, as well as through Special Enrollment Periods for qualifying life events such as losing coverage, getting married, or having a child.
